SearchAnyway is hiring an Online Marketing Specialist with proficiency in Russian.

The ideal candidate will be an able communicator and task manager. This position requires diplomatic and pragmatic skills as well as full proficiency in Internet use. The candidate will communicate and maintain relationships with existing Affiliates as well as create awareness of our program in order to elicit newcomers. Fluency in Russian is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage various Affiliate accounts, including problem solving, promotion, technical assistance
• Business development through effective prospecting via Internet advertising
• Understanding communication needs, business issues and partnership motives of current and potential Affiliates
• Maximizing business opportunities within existing client base
• Day to day contact for the respective Affiliate; able to build strong client relationships
• Analysis of traffic flow and server logs
• Investigate validity and qualifications of Affiliate website

Qualifications

• Secondary School completed
• 6 months minimum experience in same or related field
• High level of proficiency with use of Internet and MS Office applications, demonstrated proficiency with web based applications such as Internet browsers, Web analytic software tools, etc.
• Specific knowledge of online marketing concepts including search engine marketing, campaign executions and coordination, direct and email marketing
• Self-starter who takes strategic direction but is able to create their own structure and plan for moving forward in an unstructured environment
• Ability to prioritize projects in order of importance
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude
• Strategic; able to provide inventive, but measurable, solutions for client challenges
• Detail-oriented
• Deeply familiar and passionate about web marketing concepts, practices and programs
• Independent. Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
• Flexible; able to quickly adapt to new situations
• Proficiency in Russian is a must

Обязанности:

• Продвижение и реклама проектов компании посредством SEO, включая русскоязычные поисковые системы и PPC (например, Yandex Direct), посредством личного общения на форумах и других коммуникативных методов.
• Поиск и убеждение (доводка) потенциальных аффилиатов для проектов компании.
• Участие в разработке рекламных материалов, в рекламных кампаниях.
• Оценка эффективности рекламных кампаний.
• Общение на форуме нашей компании и его мониторинг Поддержка и администрирование форума.
• Ведение русскоязычного блога компании.
• Отслеживание новостей и материалов других форумов для вебмастеров.

Специфика работы:

• Полный рабочий день в Монреальском офисе (40 часов в неделю).

Необходимые навыки и качества:

Навыки в сфере IT и телекоммуникаций:

• Опытный пользователь (Операционные системы, офисные приложения, почтовые клиенты, браузеры).
• Знание Интернета на уровне продвинутого пользователя (умение разыскать любую информацию, опыт работы с web-приложениями).
• Знание технологий Интернет-маркетинга. Опыт работы с таким маркетингом.
• Начальные знания HTML, CSS.
• Навыки в работе SEO

Прочие навыки и качества:

• Умение писать статьи и рекламные материалы по вебмастерингу.
• Владение русским и английским языками.
• Навыки убеждения людей
